DENVER — Warm weather will settle in through the holiday weekend. In fact, it’s going to be near 90 degrees on Saturday!
We’ll see mostly sunny skies today, with drier conditions across most of the state. There is a slight chance of storms closer to Burlington later this afternoon. We’ll see 80s and 90s on the plains, with 60s and 70s in the mountains.
Friday will feature upper 80s and Saturday is the warmest day on our 7-day forecast, with highs in the 90s and that’s about 15 degrees above normal.
Sunday and on Memorial Day, we have a better chance for thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening hours. Keep the umbrella handy as these late-day Colorado storms roll over the mountains and foothills, then across the plains.
